Requesting CSRs from AT&T direct:
For legacy T products, such as MIS, ABN, and summary bills, you can request CSRs directly from AT&T direct customer service. They will send CSRs via volt email to us directly.
What you need:
Latest bill copy (for accuracy and to know which customer service number to call Customer’s billing account with customer code
During the call, mention you are a consultant with signed letter of agency documents. Email them both LOAs and they will send you the CSRs you need.
Going forward please have customers sign both forms of LOAs
